Dr. Mary Lucero -- How do we make our soils nutrient rich!

Dr. Mary Lucero is a system biologist who applies knowledge gained from 30 years of research in plant-and-microbial ecosystems to the development of healthy food systems.  She and her husband, David founded End-O-Fite Enterprises LLC to restore the four cornerstones of healthy food systems. There, they run a demonstration farm that applies microbiome-friendly management and essential nutrients to the production of healthy soils and nutrient-dense crops. Mary also provides training to individuals, families, and communities who are committed to improving their health with better diets and cleaner environments.
